Ginger Forms & Quality

We offer fresh ginger as well as dried ginger slices and powder. Fresh ginger is firm and well cured; dried products are processed under hygienic conditions and packed in food-grade materials.

Packaging & Minimum Order Quantity

Fresh ginger ships in ventilated cartons or mesh bags; dried ginger in food-grade bags. Dried ginger is typically supplied in bulk commercial quantities structured around 20-foot or 40-foot container loads. Fresh ginger MOQ depends on seasonal availability and shipment method and is confirmed at quotation.

Quality Control & Export Documentation

Shipments include a phytosanitary certificate, NAFDAC/NAQS export compliance, and laboratory testing (moisture, microbiological, contaminants) with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from approved laboratories, plus commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading or air waybill.

Lead Time & Shipping Terms

Dried ginger: typically 3–5 weeks from order confirmation. Fresh ginger: typically 1–3 weeks depending on season and harvest schedules. FOB Lagos (Apapa/Tin Can Island); CIF available on request. Advance payment or letter of credit (L/C) for first-time buyers.
